*Jamie Mann is a junior in the University of Michigan's renowned musical theater program and a professional actor/dancer. Growing up, he trained at School of American Ballet (where he danced in 3 productions with New York City Ballet), Alvin Ailey, Boston Ballet, Greenwich Ballet Academy, and locally at Ballet Etudes and Westport Dance Center. He also trained privately with ballet icon Finis Jhung and ballet coach to the stars Kurt Froman, while preparing to play the title role in Billy Elliot the Musical. He was an enthusiastic Staples Player, beginning with Newsies his freshman year—the show that tipped the scale on his decision to leave SAB and focus on musical theater. He also starred in the Netflix show Country Comfort with Katharine McPhee (Smash, Jenna in Waitress on Broadway, American Idol) and enjoyed his summer job playing Tate on Days of Our Lives last year. The oldest of four, he is a natural teacher and has led musical theater intensives for Triple Threat and taught many privates to young people. To learn more, visit: Jamiemartinmann.com
