Adult Acting & Improv Workshop - April 22 - Spring 2026

$ 80.00
We have the good fortune of having Keith Contreras-McDonald coming out from the city to do a workshop for adults. Count on two informative, energizing hours to jump start your acting and improv goals for spring and reconnect with our acting community—or join us for the first time!

WHEN: Wed, April 22, from 5 pm to 7 pm
WHERE: Toquet Hall, downtown Westport
WHO: Adults (max 10 students)

This workshop will begin with a warm-up and improv in the first hour. In the second hour, students who would like to do scene study will workshop their scenes in pairs. Those who only want improv will have equal stage time doing more improv scenes. Scene-study students: you may pair up ahead of time and pick a scene to do or choose from scenes we have on hand the day of.

For our current improv students who haven't taken class with Keith, you will definitely gain fresh insight and understanding of improv from a different perspective and background (Upright Citizens Brigade). Never tried scene study? This is a good chance to give it a try or observe what it is like.

Toquet Hall is located at 58 Post Rd E, Westport, CT (at the bottom of Main Street; enter from the alley on the Post Rd or through the hidden alley on the library side next to the book store.
